The Direct Selling Festival Awards gives us the opportunity to recognize and celebrate the success stories of individuals and companies who have achieved the best in business in the direct selling industry.
The Direct Selling Festival Excellence Award is presented at the discretion of DSEI and Industry Leaders and has been created to recognize those who have made extraordinary contributions to the direct sales industry through their personal efforts, involvement, and commitment. The winner will be selected based on the following criteria:
Outstanding service to the direct selling industry through personal participation or substantial contribution
Involvement in direct sales industry events and activities
Viewed with stature and respect within the industry
This category is open to individuals, academics, government officials and companies.
Outstanding Management Award
The Direct Selling Festival Outstanding Management Award honours excellence in Management, recognizing outstanding leadership in managing and motivating both employed and self-employed teams. Recipients will be chosen based on the following criteria:
Serve as models that set a high standard of excellence in management
Provide a clear goal statement with specific objectives, describe the strategies and tactics used to achieve success and have data to validate results
Lead by example and provide training and education that leads to extremely successful sales forces
This category is open to direct selling companies in recognition of outstanding success in their management.
Innovation in Education Award
The Direct Selling Festival Education Award honours excellence in education, where individuals or direct selling companies have invested in their sales force education and training programs. Programs considered should be truly unique and not in common use in the industry. Considerable contribution to building life skills in individuals is recognized. Recipients will be chosen based on the following criteria:
Innovativeness of the program
How replicable the program is and for use by others in the industry
Number of life skill(s) promoted by the training program
Support offered to the individual being trained and how the program is unique
Number of individuals reached by the program and how many have completed the program.
Successes attributed to training programs
This category is open to individuals, speakers and direct selling companies.
Best Direct Seller Award
The Direct Selling Festival Best Direct Seller Award honours an independent direct seller who has achieved outstanding success either in personal sales or in leading a group of other direct sellers. Recipients will be chosen by the following steps:
Step 1: Submit your story to the website
Step 2: Committee evaluates the stories and selects 5
Step 3: 5 selected nominees story will be on the website
Step 4: People go online and vote for the nominees
Step 5: The winner will be announced at the award ceremony

The Direct Selling Festival Supplier Award recognizes outstanding service in the supply of goods and services to one or more direct selling companies operating in this region. The winner will have provided a product or service which has had a memorable impact on the growth or development of the industry. Recipients will be chosen based on the following criteria:
Entrants must be a recognized Supplier to the Direct Selling Industry.
Companies/Individuals must have established an ongoing relationship with one or more direct selling companies and be able to differentiate and show how this partnership has contributed to success.
Nominations should be supported by at least three people within the company the supplier has built the relationship with.
This category is open to suppliers of products or services to direct selling companies.
